Planning Process

What does your planning process look like?

Our signature process is designed to be seamless and stressfree:

  1. Discover - We begin with a consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and aesthetic.

  2. Design & Plan - We curate your vendor team, develop your design direction, and manage all logistics.

  3. Execute - On event day, our team oversees every detail so you can be fully present and enjoy the moment.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and largescale events, we recommend booking 9–18 months in advance. For intimate or corporate events, 3–6 months is ideal.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid event planning?

Yes. We support virtual and hybrid events with full production coordination.

Pricing & Booking

Do you list starting prices?

Yes. We provide “starting at” pricing for each service tier to help clients understand the investment range. Custom proposals are created after your consultation.

What is required to secure my date?

A signed contract and a 50% retainer are required to reserve your event date. Final payment is typically due 30 days before the event.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible payment schedules are available for qualifying services.

Venues, Vendors & Logistics

Do you work at venues outside the DFW area?

Yes. We serve clients across Texas and beyond, including destination weddings and outofstate corporate events.

Can I choose my own vendors?

Absolutely. You may select your own licensed vendors, or you may choose from our curated list of trusted partners.

Do you handle vendor communication?

Yes. We manage all vendor communication, timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure a cohesive and stressfree experience.

Do you offer design mockups or 3D previews?

Yes. Clients may receive immersive 3D design previews to visualize their event layout and aesthetic before the big day.

Can I book your luxury vehicle transportation services without hiring you as y event planner?

Our ultraluxury vehicle experience is an exclusive perk reserved for our planning clients. Because your arrival and departure are part of the overall event flow, this service is only available when you book us for event planning. This ensures your transportation is fully integrated into your timeline, design, and guest experience — creating a seamless, elevated moment from the very first impression to the final farewell.

Event Day Experience

Will you be present on the event day?

Yes. I am on-site for the full duration of your event, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown.

Do you bring assistants or additional staff?

Yes. Depending on the event size and complexity, additional coordinators or assistants will be present to ensure seamless execution.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We handle challenges quietly and efficiently behind the scenes so your experience remains effortless and enjoyable.

Floral & Design Services

Do you offer custom floral design?

Yes. We create bespoke floral designs tailored to your color palette, theme, and overall aesthetic.

Can I book floral design without event planning?

Yes. Floralonly packages are available for clients who already have a planner but desire elevated, cohesive design.

Policies & Requirements

Do you require event insurance?

Some venues require event insurance. If needed, we will guide you through the process.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel fees may apply for events outside the DFW metro area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by service tier and are outlined in your contract.

Post-Event Support

Do you offer support after the event?

Yes. Through our Legacy Concierge Service, we offer anniversary reminders, curated gift ideas, and milestone planning for up to five years after your event.
